1. 1 bag of fingerling potatoes

2. Salt

3. Pepper

4. Olive Oil

5. Rosemary (optional)


1. Rinse the fingerling potatoes

2. Take a big pot and pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil

3. Add salt and pepper to the olive oil

4. Add potatoes and shake the pot a little so the oil coats them

5. Put stove on medium high, cover potatoes and let sit for 30 minutes
