How to make some fin-tastic salmon

I probably use this recipe a minimum of once a week. It uses only a few ingredients, which makes grocery shopping easier and the prep/clean up a breeze. While it is baking I usually make a vegetable side or put together a salad. Aldo is back in the apron and helping me show you guys why this recipe is so great for the busy guy.  

Recipe: Salmon

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients: 

1 fillet of Salmon (usually comes packaged as a pound)

teaspoon of salt

Teaspoon of pepper

Olive oil

Herbs (optional)

Instructions: 

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

2. Season the salmon with a teaspoon of salt and pepper (this is to taste, so add as much or little as you want); add option herbs 

3. Take your cooking sheet (wrap aluminum foil around if you have it on hand)

4. Drizzle olive oil on the sheet or spray with pam or olive oil spray

5. Place your salmon on the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes

6. Take out of oven and enjoy with a little lemon or plain
