Brussels Sprouts = Nom

Recipe: Brussels Sprouts

Servings: 4


1 lb. of Brussels sprouts (whole or chopped are both fine)

Olive oil 



1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees

2. Take your washed brussels sprouts and throw them on a baking sheet

3. Drizzle with olive oil 

4. Add salt to your liking 

5. Toss them up and throw them in oven

6. Cook for 30-40 minutes until they appear crispy (shaking every ten minutes helps)

Optional: Add salt and pepper to your taste after you take them out
